One-to-one Yoga with Alison Talbot
Alison offers a relaxing & comfortable yoga session, tailored to your own needs. Experience the enormous physical and mental benefits of yoga, facilitated by an expert in the field.
Yoga is good for reducing stress & anxiety, aiding sleep, improving flexibility, posture, and muscle tone. You will also find that an hour long one-to-one yoga session can be particularly beneficial at times of physical changes, such as when pregnant or during the menopause.
Alison teaches a gentle style of yoga based on Hatha yoga, and incorporating a lot of flowing sequences of movement from Dru Yoga. A qualified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher, not only has she practised yoga for 20 years, she also has the great advantage of professional qualifications and experience in both nursing and midwifery, adding to the depth of her teaching. She can sensitively and expertly adapt your yoga practice to suit your own physical and mental needs, providing you with a unique and safe programme.
Handouts are provided every session, so that you can remember the sequences covered during the hour, and can practise them at home.
Appointments are available between 10am and 2pm every Monday. When you phone to make an initial appointment you will be asked for a phone number on which Alison will contact you prior to your first appointment to discuss your requirements, and to ensure that she is able to plan and tailor the sessions to give you exactly what you need.
