Complementary Therapies

At Peak Wellbeing we offer the therapies shown on the left to help you achieve optimum health.

Dr Tracey Proctor is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist developing her practice in Experiential Dynamic Therapy. This model of psychotherapy (new in the UK) is interested in the underlying conflicts and emotions that can cause long-term difficulties. Based on psychodynamic theory (hence the D for dynamic), it emphasizes the experience of emotions (E for experiential) during your session. The therapist is active in giving feedback about what they observe in the sessions, in order to help you overcome your problems and achieve your aim.

Bess PurserBess is founder and clinic director of Peak Wellbeing. She has been a complementary therapist for over four years, initially qualifying in aromatherapy at the Tisserand Institute in February 2004.
